FURNESS Bach Choir, under its musical director, Anthony Milledge, performs one of the greatest works in the choral repertoire, Bach's St Matthew Passion, at St James' Church, Barrow, on Saturday, June 27 (7pm), joined for the colossal performance by well-known Baroque orchestra from London, the Holborne Players. Staged on Saturday, June 27 (7pm), the pivotal roles of the Evangelist and Jesus will performed by internationally-acclaimed soloists Ian Honeyman, tenor (pictured), and bass, Benjamin Bevan.
