THE Royal Northern College of Music Saxophone Orchestra and Queensland Conservatorium Saxophone Orchestra of Australia share the Coronation Hall at Ulverston stage next week.
The 20-strong RNCM ensemble includes 23-year-old sax player Faye Lewis of Swarthmoor (pictured), who has organised the gathering. Prior to the concert on Thursday, July 2 (7.30pm), the QCSO appear at the World Saxophone Congress, this year held at Manchester. Box office 01229-587140.
