AN auction of produce at the end of the Greenodd Horticultural Show, held on Saturday, ensured exhibits were put to good use.
Some 500 adult and 127 children’s entries pleased organisers, with 28 trophies handed out in total.
Greenodd Horticultural Society secretary David Lancaster said: “It was a very good turnout for a village show.”
