DECADENCE returns to Blackwell with a bang on Friday, May 16 (7.30pm) when a glittering group of partygoers celebrate the period when the Bowness Arts and Crafts House was in full swing as a house for entertaining. There will be fizz on arrival, a jazz band in the main hall, Charleston dance classes curated by Bees Knees, plus cocktails on the lower lawn as the sun goes down across Windermere.
