AMBLESIDE Players' forthcoming production promises plenty of laughs.
Running from next Tuesday, March 29, until April 2, at the Kelsick Centre, Ambleside, the talented players put on Jim Sperinck's Holiday Snaps.
Directed by Trish Donson, the five one-act comedies are all based around a holiday theme - Burst Tyre, In-Terminal Chat, Taut Canvas, Cabin Class, and Holiday Snaps. The settings vary from the cabin of a luxury cruise liner; outside a Greek Taverna; a tent with a host of giggling ladies; the comings and goings at an airport terminal; to a lounge in suburbia where there's secrets to discover.
The plays explore the complexities of human relationships, with apparently a wry look at some attempts to dominate.
Performances start at 8pm.
Tickets are available from Fred's Bookshop (Ambleside) or via the website www.amblesideplayers.co.uk.
