A BRAND new play by John Godber, receives its first Cumbrian airing at The Forum, Barrow, on Thursday, February 23 (7.30pm), as part of a UK tour, with a performance at Kendal's Brewery Arts Centre on March 2.
A master of observational comedy, the BAFTA Award-winning playwright's The Empty Nesters’ Club offers a humorous yet poignant look at the pain of the ‘empty nest’ and what befalls parents after the children have outgrown the family home.
