STORTH Village Hall comes alive next week with all the fun and mayhem of the Peter Denyer-penned pantomime - Jack and the Beanstalk.

Packed with comic one-liners and hilarious antics, the show runs from  Wednesday-Saturday, January 8-11 (7.30pm) and has all the hallmarks of another Storth Entertainers New Year cracker.

Villains are Nick Birbeck as Fleshcreep and new member Tim Tranter plays Grabbit the Bailiff.

Former member Steven Henneberry returns to the society to play the Dame and Principal boy is another returning member, Katherine Waterhouse, who came through the ranks of the Entertainers’ youth arm Kids on the Bay.

Principal girl is Anna Graves and back in the spotlight in her role of Dame's son and silly heir is Vicky Beeston.

On the royal throne is David Neve who takes up the role of King.
