TEASEL Theatre Company’s hit family show is back on the road after delighting audiences at the Edinburgh Festival and theatres throughout the UK.
Described as Dickens meets Dahl via Horrible Histories with laughs, frights and live music, Grisly Tales From Tumblewater plays Kendal’s Brewery Arts Centre on Saturday, February 1 (2pm).
The high-energy adventure recommended for children aged eight and upwards is directed by multi award-winning theatre maker Caroline Horton, co-devised and performed by Edward Jaspers, and based on the dark novel by Bruno Vincent, which was nominated for Waterstones Childrens Book Award.
