BLUES-rock hero Simon McBride is back on tour in October and offering audiences a unique chance to win a PRS Guitar at his autumn shows.

Having just finished touring with Jeff Beck and Joe Bonamassa, McBride is rounding off the year with a short UK tour, playing songs from his three solo albums as well as a few rock classics.

The young Belfast gunslinger is widely regarded as one of the best blues-rock guitarists in the world and tipped to follow Rory Gallagher and Gary Moore into the lexicon of Irish rock guitarists.

At 15, McBride won Guitarist Magazine’s Young Guitarist of The Year, a performance competition at London’s iconic Wembley.

Earlier this year he appeared as a special guest on Deep Purple keyboardist, Don Airey’s latest album, playing incendiary guitar on pieces written by Airey.

To enter the prize for a PRS guitar, fans just need to pick up an entry slip at his show at Kendal’s Brewery Arts Centre on October 31.
