RECORD collectors will get their fix of music on wax this weekend as Kendal Vinyl Record Collectors' Fair returns for its fourth run.

The free-entry event will take place in the Parish Hall and will see independent record vendors from across the North and Scotland attending.

The vast array of records available will give any crate-digging enthusiast plenty to look through, as people are invited to bring old unwanted collections to add to what is on offer from the sellers.

Organiser Adrian Melling said: "We have had a great turnout the last few times. There's always a tremendous amount of records in there - it would take half a day to see it all.

"We get people coming from all over the place. Last time we had a band from Japan who had played at the Brewery come in and buy records."
