FW MURNAU'S classic Dracula-inspired Nosferatu film will be screened at Beetham's Heron Theatre on Friday and Saturday, November 10/11.
The German Expressionist, black and white silent vampire movie from 1922, will be accompanied by a hauntingly beautiful new score, written and played by virtuoso Dmytro Morykit, a highly regarded composer who also created a score for Fritz Lang's Metropolis.
Dmytro's music and movie event was premiered in Leicester and Leamington Spa for Hallowe'en in October 2015, and went on to open the Bram Stoker International Film Festival in Whitby in 2016.
Performances start at 7.30pm.
Box office 015395-64283.
