A CELEBRATION of the art of 'drawing from life' is being staged this weekend.
Artspace: Life at The Factory runs on Saturday and Sunday (May 13-14) as part of The Factory's May open days.
The Factory is a dynamic collection of creative workspaces located at Castle Mills, Kendal, off Aynam Road.
Open from 11am-4pm, the selling exhibition features a wide range of work by members of the Factory's Social Sketch Club: Tina Balmer (mixed media), Rebecca Dearden (bronzes), Jenny Hack (coloured etchings), Carol Klemperer (pencil and wash drawings), David Penn (sanguine and pastel drawings); ceramics sculptor Sally Toms and painters Evelyn Sinclair, Philomena Taylor, Sonja Vietoris and Will Williams.
