KIRKBY Lonsdale Art Society’s much awaited summer exhibition takes place at St Mary's Church next week.
The exhibition features scores of original paintings and drawings by the many talented local artists. This year's show includes vibrant contemporary works by published artist Tim Pavey, landscapes by Louis and Karen Morton, and modern mixed media work by Rosie Hall, among many others. William Jones will be exhibiting a few oils of local scenes, with watercolours by Liz Sumner and mixed media paintings by Shelagh Worsick and Anne Nash.
One of Anne's artworks will be raffled at the exhibition, which runs from Tuesday until Saturday, August 7-11, open 10am-5pm daily.
