CAR lovers are in for a treat tomorrow Sunday (May 6) at Backbarrow’s Lakeland Motor Museum.

Visitors can see a one-off triple celebration of one of the UK’s best loved specialist sports car marques when the TVR Car Club will be marking the 40th anniversary of TVR’s flagship M-series cars, and the second TVR ever built by company founder, the late Trevor Wilkinson.

As well as vintage and veteran, classic, curious and comical, majestic, weird and wonderful motor cars and the largest collection of motoring memorabilia on public display in the UK, the museum also has the stunning Café Ambio - offering locally sourced homemade food - on its doorstep.

Open daily 10am-5.30pm. Telephone 015395-30400. The museum also offers local residents entry discount.
