Ambleside: Replacement garage with studio above and reconfigured entrance at Round Table cottage, Far Sawrey for Mr Beney and Ms Delap. Discharge of condition no 4 attached to approval 7/2010/5148 - tree protection at Langdale Leisure Ltd Great Langdale for Langdale Leisure Ltd. Single storey extension and fenestration alterations to dining room at Grasmere Hotel, Broadgate, Grasmere for R Van der Palen.

Bampton: Proposed hardstanding areas and access at Keldhead, Heltondale for E. Holt.

Ireby: Vary conditions 2 and 3 of planning permission 7/2011/2164 at High Houses, Snittlegarth for C. Chamberlain.

Cleator: Extension to dwelling to replace sub-standard conservatory at 4 Church Cottages, Ennerdale for Ms C. Malone. Replacement of existing flood damaged concrete bridge with wider and longer steel bridge with re-cycled plastic deck at Croasdale Beck Ennerdale Bridge for M. Eccles.

Seascale: Additional siting of 3 camping pods at National Trust Camp Site, Wasdale Head for National Trust.

Wigton: Proposed extension, front porch enclosure and replacement windows to existing dwelling at Clay Dubs, Caldbeck for D Bowen. Non-material amendment to approval ref 7/2010/2331 to allow conservation rooflights and 2 storm doors at Whinby Cottage, Hesker Newmarket for D. Hart.

Windermere: Remove two small sycamores; remove branches overhanging beach; Ash - remove dead wood at land along lake edge north of St Annes pavilion, Cooks Corner for S. Baggy.
