Joint venture in Flookburgh

A LEADING estate agent has joined a team of local property experts behind a prestigious development currently under construction in Flookburgh, near Grange-over-Sands.

Cumbrian Properties is the latest company to lend its expertise to Church Walk, a select development of three and four-bedroom properties, which are being built specifically for local people.

The development is being built by AMS Developments and financed by Furness Building Society, with mortgage advice being provided by the South Lakeland-based Mainlymortgages.com.

Phil Haslam of Cumbrian Properties said: "We are very pleased to be involved in this community project with AMS Developments to provide local family homes. This is a first class opportunity for the family buyer seeking a village home in a ready to walk into condition and one which Cumbrian Properties are pleased to be involved with."

The properties have been constructed to a high standard throughout and include fully fitted kitchens, with integrated appliances, modern bathroom suites, gardens, garages and parking.

Only two units now remain and AMS will contribute to purchase costs, including stamp duty, legal fees up to £500 and an allowance for carpets.

For more information contact Rob Cairns at Furness Building Society on 01229-824560 or David Elliott at Mainlymortgages.com on 01539-624786.
