Cumbria South's Rainbow Guides celebrated their 21st birthday in style at Glaxo Sports and Leisure Centre in Ulverston.
Almost 200 girls aged 5-7 years old worked with their leaders to make pirate ships and then went on to make hats and eye patches to wear. They had a great time making various crafts that included beautifully dressed mermaids, octopuses and wobbly jelly fish.
Two of the girls celebrated their birthday on the day and blew out the candles and cut the cake made by Grange Bakery and they also had a pirate ship cake made by Amanda Price.
