Five car accident near junction 36 of M6

A five car accident on the M6 has led to a lane closure this afternoon.
Police recorded reports of a BMW spinning into the central reservation at 1.08pm, which caused a further four vehicles to become stuck.
The incident took place near to junction 36, and one lane on the northbound carriage is still closed.
