'Substantial damage' caused after Kendal crash

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a driver failed to stop having collided with a parked car in Milnthorpe Road, Kendal.
The incident happened close to The Cock & Dolphin some time overnight (between Friday and this morning) and 'substantial damage' was caused to a silver Vauxhall Astra, according to police.
