A SUMMER photographer has trained as a chimney sweep to work throughout the winter.
Paul Horne, of Kirkby Stephen, has expanded his skills with studies at Maidstone.
The 35-year-old, who is originally from Wiltshire, has moved to Cumbria with his family and hopes his sweeping qualifications will complement his other passion.
“My photography work keeps me busy in the summer and this covers the winter months,” he said.
“I’ve also been told that it’s lucky to have a chimney sweep at your wedding — so people who need a wedding photographer can have the best of both worlds.”
