A LONG-serving member of staff at Holehird, near Windermere, has retired after more than a quarter of a century with Leonard Cheshire Disability.
Care Supervisor Meg Tebay has worked at Holehird, a care home for adults with physical disabilities, for 26 years after starting as a part-time nurse on night duty.
She was then encouraged to complete her full nursing training and became a registered general nurse, leading to her elevation to the post of care supervisor.
