A WOMAN who died in a three-vehicle crash in Northumberland at the weekend has been named as Lynette Davison, of Askam-in-Furness.
The 52-year-old was driving a Ford Focus between Hexham and Haydon Bridge, on Saturday, when the car collided with a Vauxhall van and Audi TT at around 4pm.
Emergency services pronounced her dead at the scene.
An inquest into the death is expected to be opened later this week by South Northumberland coroner Eric Armstrong.
The 57-year-old van driver suffered a broken arm. The 50-year-old Audi driver was uninjured.
