Planning applications for the Lake District National Park Authority for period up to and including December 1, 2012: Ambleside: Conversion of outbuilding with single dwelling and storage to create one permanent dwelling and 6 letting apartments for science students/holiday let, at Ferry House Annexe, The Ferry Landing, Far Sawry, for Freshwater Biological Association: confirmation of compliance with condition nos 2,3,9, and 14 on planning approval ref 7/2009/5758, at Wray Castle, for T Williams, TW Architects; replacement of roof structure and finish. Changing the existing corrugated metal sheet roof to locally sourced riven slates laid in diminishing courses. Incorporating conversion roof lights, at Wray Castle Boathouse, Low Wray, for J Bostock, The National trust; demolition of part of existing, erection of 2 single storey extensions and alterations, at Badger Wheel, Clappergate, for Mr & Mrs Black.
Bowness-0n-Windermere: Enlargement of existing roof to accommodate two new bedrooms and bathroom.
