A MOTORCYCLIST and his pillion passenger were injured in a collison at Kirkby Lonsdale, earlier this afternoon.
The pair suffered serious leg injuries when their machine collided with a Land Rover at the A65 junction with the A683 Sedbergh road near Devil's Bridge.
The motorcylcist was airlifted by North West Air Ambulance to Blackpool Victoria Hospital while his passenger was taken by land ambulance to Royal Lancaster Infirmary.
