SOUTH Lakeland householders have been warned the predicted snowfall could disrupt refuse and recycling waste collection.
A spokeswoman said: "The council will make every effort to ensure that the waste collection service operates as normal and will keep residents informed if the situation changes.
"Members of the public who have a query about their refuse collection should call the SLDC Customer Contact Centre on 0845 050 4434 between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday."
