Prescription medication stolen in Ulverston house burglary

POLICE are investigating a burglary in Ulverston in which prescription medication was stolen.
Tablets including diazepam and nitrazepam were taken from the house on Oakwood Drive between 4 and 7pm on Tuesday (February 5).
The burglar entered the property through an unsecured window on the ground floor while the occupant was not at home.
Officers appealed for anyone who finds any medication to take it to the nearest police station. Anyone with information about the theft should call Barrow CID on 101.
