The North West Air Ambulance Charity’s Cross Bay Walk is returning to Cumbria this summer to raise vital funds for the life-saving service.
The eight-mile walk from Arnside Promenade to Kents Bank will take place at 3.30pm on Saturday, July 20, giving the charity’s supporters and local walking enthusiasts an opportunity to experience the beautiful Cumbrian scenery whilst raising crucial donations for the North West Air Ambulance.
The charity’s helicopters fly over 1,200 life-saving missions a year, with almost a quarter of these in Cumbria alone – so the Cross Bay Walk is a great way for the Cumbrian community to come together and support a local, and extremely worthwhile, cause.
