Racial abuse incident investigated by Furness police

POLICE are investigating after a person was racially abused in a street in Furness.
A spokesman for Cumbria Police said the victim had racial abuse 'hurled' at them in Church Street, Barrow, at around 7pm last night (Saturday).
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information is asked to contact PC Paul Williams at Barrow police on 101.
