Grassroots South Lakes' football club welcomes cash boost

A SOUTH Lakes sports organisation has been given a welcome funding boost to help buy new equipment.
Ambleside United received £600 from TalkTalk as part of a 12-month sponsorship deal for both senior and junior teams.
Club secretary Rob Hunt said: “We are very pleased. The new training equipment has been a massive boost for club morale.”
Talk Talk commercial director Tristia Clarke added: “Ambleside United is a fantastic example of a local club engaging and enthusing the next generation to enjoy sport.
“We wish them every success with future endeavours.”
