A MAN arrested over a fatal road crash in Kendal has had his bail extended while he continues recovering from serious injuries.
Robert ‘H’ Clinton, 21, of Well Ings in the town, died when the silver Peugeot he was a front seat passenger in hit a wall on Aynam Road on March 23.
Two other men, including the driver, were injured.
A 28-year-old man, who lives in Liverpool, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after the collision.
Cumbria Police said he answered bail on June 6 at Belle Vale Police Station in Liverpool and was bailed again until August 21.
