Police appeal for information about a man who is wanted in connection with fraud offences

POLICE are appealing for information of the whereabouts of a 51-year-old man who is wanted in connection with fraud offences and making off without payment in the area.
Kelvin Clark is suspected of entering stores and falsely advising he has taken over a business and wants to order goods.
He then pays for the goods using cheques which are then returned unpaid.
He is also wanted in connection with booking into hotels in the area and leaving without payment.
He is connected with offences across the country and across Cumbria, in Kendal, Penrith, Carlisle and Ambleside.
Cumbria Police are appealing for him to hand himself in or for anyone who knows his whereabouts or has seen him recently to contact the police on 101.
Alternatively they can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
