TWO men from Kendal have been arrested on suspicion of burglary following an investigation into suspected burglaries in the Lake District.
Both the 34 and 35-year-old have been bailed until October 24.
Following the arrest, police searched a number of properties and a large quantity of items were recovered, some of which have been identified as stolen property.
Police are keen to establish if any of the remaining, unidentified, property is stolen property and are seeking the assistance of the public.
The property consists of a number of personal and professional power tools, plant, electrical items and bicycles.
The items are believed to be stolen from the Kendal and Windermere area, however it could be county-wide.
Each image has a unique reference number next to it, which should be quoted by anyone who may recognise the property as theirs.
The images are available to view by visiting: www.cumbria.police.uk/news/latest-news/police-appeal-for-owners-of-stolen-power-tools-to-come-forward.
Should any member of the public recognise any of the contents as being theirs, they are asked to contact Cumbria Police on 101 and request to speak to either DC Smith or DS Kerley of Kendal CID.
