POLICE are appealing for information about a 50-year-old missing Kendal man.
Michael Peter Cook went missing from his home address in Kendal on Saturday August 31.
He was last seen by friends in Kendal town centre although he has visited Guys St Thomas’ Hospital, Westminster, London on September 22, police said.
He is described as 6 ft 1“ tall, medium build with short dark hair and a scruffy beard. Mr Cook was last seen to be wearing a green camouflage hat, a red waterproof jacket, blue jumper and jeans. He could still be in the London area.
A police spokesman said: "This is out of character for Mr Cook. Police and his family and friends are concerned about his welfare and are appealing for him or anyone who has seen someone who matches the description to get in contact immediately."
