Cartmel garden room plan turned down

PLANS for a detached garden room at Priory Gardens, Priest Lane, Cartmel have been turned down on appeal after being refused by South Lakeland District Council last December. But Government planning inspector Richard McCoy allowed an appeal for the refurbishment of a gazebo, rebuilding a garden wall and erection of a greenhouse at the same location.
