Lancashire proclamation to be held in Grange-over-Sands

THE annual reading of the Lancashire Proclamation will take place in Grange outside the Oversands Inn and at the war memorial in Carnforth, pictured above, on November 27.

The events have been organised by the Friends of Real Lancashire and commemorates the date in 1925 when the first elected representatives from Lancashire joined the model Parliament.
