THE Arnside Christmas Tree switch-on will take place tomorrow night, with a procession through the town.
People attending are being urged to ‘bring a lantern’ to the Arnside Educational Institute on Church Hill at 5.45pm.
Father Christmas will be in attendance for the singing of Christmas carols with music being provided by The Salvation Army Band.
Most of the town’s shops will be staying open late and there will be promotions on at both local pubs.
