MP David Morris backs war centenary poppy scatter

MORECAMBE and Lunesdale MP David Morris has given his support to a poppy scatter which will remember those who lost their lives in the First World War.

The idea of the scatter is to sow poppy seeds in flower beds across the constituency so that they will be in full bloom by August of next year, the 100th anniversary of the start of the war.
