A PENSIONER has died after what police described as an 'incident' this morning in Kendal.
The 75-year-old unidentified man was attended to by paramedics and police who attended the scene near the allotments off Queen's Road at 8.20am.
The air ambulance attended and he was taken to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary.
There are no suspicious circumstances, said police.
