SIX new works of art have been unveiled at Arnside and Silverdale railway stations on the Furness Line.
Installed as part of a community art project, each painting reflects the natural environment of the area.
This scheme provides students at local colleges with the opportunity to have their art seen by thousands of passengers. In some cases, this has resulted in the artists receiving commissions for additional work.
All the art has been sponsored by local businesses or organisations.
The public prt schemes have been organised by the Furness Line Community Rail Partnership and are supported by the train companies.
