THE stars of the stills camera industry will be coming together for a special event in Kendal’s The Box Performance space.
From January 11-12, Kendal College will host a Stephens Premier and Leica weekend event, which is open to all photography enthusiasts.
Participants will get comprehensive training in the Leica S system medium format camera and the Leica M system.
The weekend will include landscape photography on the shores of Windermere and theatre lighting sessions in The Box Theatre, using Leica flash lighting to capture action.
In the event of poor weather there is also scope for indoor workshops, with mountain sport photographer Dave Willis teaching delegates how to use Adobe Photoshop Lightroom to manipulate their own photos.
