Arrest after Dalton-in-Furness man injured in alleged pub glass attack

A 20-year-old man from Dalton-in-Furness was treated for facial injuries after allegedly being hit in the face with a glass.

Barrow CID said the incident occurred at the Golden Ball Inn shortly before 1am this morning. The injured man had to undergo hospital treatment.

A 51-year-old Dalton man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
