FURNESS police confirm thay arrested a local man on suspicion of criminal damage and burglary following a rooftop incident in Barrow yesterday.
Police were called to the Hill Road area at 3.26pm following reports of a man throwing objects, including roof tiles, from a roof into the road.
A spokesman said: "Officers were deployed to the area and safely detained a local man at around 7.35pm. Nobody was injured during the incident."
