WESTMORLAND and Lonsdale has the fourth lowest unemployment rate in the United Kingdom, acccording to figures released by the Office for National Statistics.
The number of unemployed claimants in the constituency in November 2013 was 382, representing a rate of 0.9 per cent of the economically active population aged 16 to 64.
