AN overturned cattle trailer is causing slow traffic on the A590 tonight.
One lane is closed on the westbound carriageway between Cartmel Lane and High Newton Road and is affecting traffic between Lindale and Newby Bridge..
The cattle will need to be transported to another vehicle before recovery can begin.
The road was completely closed for a short period.
