KENDAL’S Brewery Arts Centre has been rewarded for mastering the art of finely prepared vegan food – it has been named as one of the top five vegan-friendly cultural arts venues in the UK, by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
Topping the charity’s favourite dishes was quinoa, pomegranate, pine nut and herb salad.
