A MAN and woman have been arrested after police seized £100,000 of heroin near Carlisle.
 

The pair, a 33-year-old man and woman, aged 23, are being detained at Durranhill police station for questioning. They are both from Merseyside.
 

Their car was stopped on the M6 between junctions 42 and 43 at Carlisle.
