A SPECIAL babies, toddlers and children event takes place this Sunday with clothes, toys and baby equipment on sale.
The event at the Rheged Centre at Penrith has 30 tables booked already.
Admission is free but donations are welcome as this is also one of a number of activities to help raise much-needed funds for Rheged’s adopted charity – The Calvert Trust.
Jo Dunning-Thomas, the event organiser explained: “This time last year we organised our first indoor car boot sale as people are keen at this time of year to either sell unwanted Christmas presents, have a spring clean, make way for new gifts received over Christmas or raise some extra cash. Last year we saw so many high quality children’s toys and clothes sold that this year we decided to tailor the table top sale to young families”
The indoor sale will run from 10am-4pm with plenty of bargains to be found.
