A SOUTH Lakeland riding school and livery yard is on the market.
Witherslack Hall Equestrian Centre, near Grange-over-Sands, is being sold due to the impending retirement of partners Lynne Farrer and Careth de Gruyther.
The sale includes a ten-year renewable lease for a Grade II listed nine-bedroom 17th Century farmhouse, which has B&B facilities and offers accommodation for riding holidays. There is also stabling for more than 30 horses, tack room, extensive outdbuildings and outdoor arena.
