The colour pink is a bit like marmite, you either love it or loath it - never mind wearing it.

However, it is making a comeback in all shapes and sizes, dresses and the odd delicious pastel coloured jumper.

Stereotypically a shade associated with young girls and Paris Hilton's velour track suits, the High Street has an array of surprisingly subtle pieces that would even have the marmite haters etching towards their purse strings to purchase a pink outfit.

This seasons pink is girly with a side of edge, from cool leather dresses to cosy, but on-trend knitted jumpers.

TopShop, as ever is leading the way with a range of tempting pink jumpers and dresses.

They have a cute jumper on sale which would be a great item to dress up a pair of skinny jeans or to dress down a pair of 'going-out' shorts. Priced at £30 you can’t really complain…

Even Marks and Spencer's have gone potty for pink, with a luscious range of ‘candy’ coloured and dark pink spring coats.

In store and online they have a lush magenta coat which is beautifully designed to be flattering and not too ‘shockingly’ pink.

Great in the winter and for the upcoming spring season. Again at the bargain price of £55 it’s a winner. So to those pink haters, be brave - pink outside the box, I dare you….
