Plan is lodged with Eden District Council
A PLANNING application to convert former farm buildings at Milburn Court, Milburn, near Appleby, to create five dwellings – including one for local occupancy – has been lodged with Eden District Council.
The proposal by The Milburn Trust also includes clearance of derelict buildings to provide a new garage block and shared amenity space.
